Imagine, if you will, an operations floor inside of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF, for short) as FBI Director James Comey makes his statement this morning regarding whether or not criminal charges will be coming against Hillary Rodham Clinton for her gross mishandling of classified information. Many of them in their military uniforms, others in civilian clothes now but used to wear the uniform, the intelligence professionals gathered around one of the television sets that hang every 10-20 feet inside the operations floor so that they may keep up with reporting within the mainstream media even as they try to beat them with the information they are reporting on for our national decision-makers. As Comey begins to discuss the offenses that each of them knows without a doubt would land them in a federal prison, they know that he, who had been praised within conservative media as a man of conscience, would next say that a criminal indictment would soon be forthcoming. But as he said that one would not be coming because there was no intent to break the law, the curses began to fly and the crowd began to break up. Conversations started up in every corner of the facility about how we could have possibly been dumb enough to expect any other outcome, and how this was a clear example of how the law applies one way for us and another way for the politicians.
At this point, I have held a Top Secret security clearance for just shy of 20 years. I work with classified information every single day, at various levels of classification and differing levels of evaluation. I am very familiar with the laws regarding the handling of classified information (we have to take a class and a test annually on it and the consequences for mishandling – even unintentionally – that information). I have personally known people that have lost their clearances and their careers for mishandling that information – almost all of them were cases where there was no criminal intent. Intent does play a role in the severity of the punishment, but regardless, there is still punishment for the mishandling of classified information…although I guess now I must amend that to say that there is punishment unless you are part of the elite ruling class, and specifically if your last name is Clinton.
Before going any further, let’s take a look at what Comey divulged to us this morning, the day after Independence Day – a date that we celebrate the overthrow of a tyrannical monarchy:
110 Emails in 52 Email Chains were Classified
8 Email Chains Contained Top Secret Information
36 Email Chains Contained Secret Information
8 Email Chains Contained Confidential Information
(To quote Director Comey, “None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system.”)
Mrs. Clinton (as Director Comey admitted) likely destroyed evidence of further wrongdoing as all emails other than those that she claimed were work related and handed over to the Department of State were lost when she had her personal server wiped (though I would say it must have been a pretty good technician that wiped that server because cyber forensic specialists can still put together quite a bit of information from hard drives that are supposedly wiped clean and even physically destroyed).
It is not only possible, but rather probable, that this private email server was accessed by our adversaries as many of the people she corresponded with were hacked and she used the server in the territory of advanced and hostile nations. Director Comey stated that there was no evidence that suggested her server had been accessed, however.
In addition, we found out today that she didn’t use just one private server, but several – and each time she upgraded the server, she wiped the information on the old one. Again, this destroyed evidence of her wrongdoing. She also accessed those email servers from multiple mobile devices, each of which could have been compromised.
As such, here are the applicable laws and executive orders that Mrs. Clinton violated:
Section 1236.22 of the 2009 Federal Records Act (As in accordance with the punishment of the code violated)
Much more importantly, a conviction of any one of these would result in Mrs. Clinton no longer having access to classified information, as she had already proven herself untrustworthy, therefore negating her ability to be the Commander in Chief.
However, Director Comey today showed us his true colors, and the primary color in that make up was yellow (or as we say down here, yeller). In his conclusion, he stated that no prosecutor would touch the case. Likely, he was compromised, either by payoff or threat (as we know full well what happens to those that go to war with the Clintons). This man that was lifted up by the conservative media as the one FBI Director that might finally bring the Clintons low turned out to be yet another coward that folded before the Wicked Witch of the West and her pedophile and rapist husband. Perhaps we should have known better than to even hope that justice would be carried out against Clinton. Maybe we were all played for fools.
One thing is certain – this nation that once stood by the rule of law, has now given way to oligarchy. With that realization, is it not somehow symbolic that this exposure of the corruption of those that would seek to hold some of the highest offices in this land would come the day after our nation celebrated Independence Day? I think today we can clearly mark on the calendar, the day after we celebrated our nation’s 240th birthday, as the day the Republic died. Without the rule of law, there is no longer a republic.
This is yet another step in the direction towards the coming days when we, the people, can no longer sit on the sidelines and hope that a new election cycle between the two parties that long ago decided on a joint course but only with different rhetoric will change anything. A time is quickly approaching when we must choose a side – the side of liberty and prosperity, or further descent into decadence and tyranny. If you could not clearly see before today that there is a clear intent on the part of the ruling class to force our submission and elevate themselves above not only us, whom they are to serve, but also above the law, then this should have been a clear strike to the back of your head to wake you from your slumber and make you realize that a darkness is descending on the land. Do not let the spirit of iniquity lie to you and tell you that you are powerless and alone. You are not alone, and let none of us stand alone. In the words of Benjamin Franklin, “We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall hang separately”. While I do not condone rebellion, as I have seen firsthand the result of such violent action and its effects on a nation, we must make it clear to those that wish to be our overlords that they will face consequences for failing to heed our warning.
If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.
